- Engagement Preflight: cited readiness findings from supported source documents.
- Engagement Control: versioned Engagements, parties and authority, commitments, clarification and change, evidence and acceptance, billing readiness.
- Project Economics and later commercial stages open only when exit gates close.
Engagement and Project stay separate
A Project can exist without an Engagement. An Engagement can operate without a Solander Project. Task completion is not client acceptance. Commitments, authority, evidence, and outcomes connect both later.
What we are not
Not a generic PM tool, full PSA, client portal, legal-review product, or accounting system on day one. ZATCA and WPS are not live.
